Data / Business Analyst (Technical Analytics Role)

Job Summary

CaaSaa is hiring a Data / Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights that support AI products, business strategy, and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured business and operational data.

• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction.

• Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Work with engineering teams on data pipelines.

• Support AI/ML teams with data insights.

• Present data-driven recommendations.

Technical Skills Required

• SQL, Advanced Excel

• Power BI / Tableau / Looker

• Data modeling & reporting

• Basic Python or R (preferred)

• Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and analytics

• Exposure to AI/ML data workflows is a plus
